When you don't have big model eyes, you may struggle finding a brush which is the right size for your eyelids. Before buying the Real Techniques Shading Brush, I didn't really think so much about it and even after I bought it, I wasn't really thinking that a smaller brush would make a difference, but...all changed this summer when I had a client with really small, hooded eyes...

MAC Paint Pot - Painterly - the Best Primer for Oily Eyelids?

Sunday, January 26, 2014

MAC's Painterly Paint Pot was actually my first purchase from MAC; it was so hyped by YouTubers with oily eyelids that I just couldn't help myself. Now the questions are: is it worth the hype and is it the best primer for oily eyelids?

If you read my blog in the last year, you know my answer, but...

No Makeup Makeup Look FOTD

Monday, January 20, 2014

I think it's been quite some time since I posted a look on my blog and this makes me sad...Looking through the pictures on my laptop, I realized I took pictures of few makeup looks, but for some reason they never made it online. Anyways, today's FOTD is actually from last Friday(17th of January) when I had a meeting for which I wanted to look put together but no in a "in your face" way. I wanted my face to look like a better version of itself - a no makeup makeup look. If you are like me and you look first on pictures and than start to read the actual post, probably you think I used to many products for a no makeup makeup look, but keep this in mind: EVERYONE'S NO MAKEUP MAKEUP LOOK IS DIFFERENT - what for me is little makeup for you can seem like a lot and the other way around. Now, without further due, here is what is used and the final look....

This is a loooong due post since I stopped using La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo somewhere in September, but you know what they say, better later than never so here is my opinion about this infamous skincare item. And just to make sure it's clear, I will be talking about the European version.

Skincare Routine {Steps to Clear Skin - Part 2}

Thursday, January 16, 2014

As part of #2014BloggerChallange, today I'm bringing you a skincare routine post. If you are an old reader of my blog, you already know I am(was) struggling with acne for around a year now. Since the end of 2012 when I managed to ruin my skin by using some foundation, I've been on a constant hunt for skincare products which would help me to get rid of acne. Actually, since my second year of university (now I'm in my 4th) I started to get more blemishes than before, but hell opened only in November 2012. After some visits to dermatologist and some research of my own, I came up with this skin care routine. Some of this products I am using for some years now, but I guess they weren't in the right combination. Without further due, here is what I am using to take care of my skin...

L'Oreal Infallible Foundation Review&Swatches

Tuesday, January 14, 2014

During the last half of 2013 I've been more absent than present in the blogging world, so now that I settled down from traveling, I am trying to be a better blogger in 2014...I know I'll be better if I manage to stick to the #2014BloggerChallenge, so expect me to post at least twice per month! I want to try to post every other day, but I don't promise anything, considering I didn't do so good at keeping blogging promises in 2013.

Enough, rambling! L'Oreal Infallible Foundation....

New Year to Achieve Your Dreams!

Sunday, January 5, 2014

Happy New Year everyone :)

If you remember my post back in December, you know I am part of #2014bloggerchallenge and today is time for the first topic: New Year Inspiration.

I had some resolutions for 2013 which I may have achieved or not, so this year I chose a quote to inspire me though 2014 and remember me to work hard for my dreams:

A dream doesn't become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work.
Colin Powell
I chose to share this piece of inspiration with you because 2014 it's a decisive year for me and I am sure I am not I'm not the only one; whether you finish uni this year, or you are planning on changing your job or maybe you are even to start blogging, it's a dream you want to achieve and you need to remember you are the only one to make your dreams come true.

Have a wonderful 2014 and may all your dreams become true :)
